Registration for EMAC 2026 is open and should be made via this link. For any questions related to your registration, please contact the organisers (emac2026@bath.ac.uk)

Conference Fees

• Early bird (until April 29, 2026 noon BST): €645
• Regular (April 30-May 15,2026) : €697
• Accompanying person:  €160 (This is NOT a co-author fee and only gives access to the welcome reception and conference dinner)

To benefit from the PhD fee, you will need to upload a proof of your Phd status upon registration (this fee is NOT for students accepted to the EMAC Doctoral Colloquium 2026 who want to participate in the conference. They have to register via a specific link sent to them by the conference organisers)

• PhD registration early bird (until April 29, 2026 noon BST): €541
• PhD regular (April 30- May 15, 2026): €582

Conference fees includes:

• The EMAC membership fee 2027 (mandatory)

• Participation in all sessions of the Conference & Certificate of attendance 

• Welcome Reception

• Coffee breaks and Lunches

• Conference Dinner

Doctoral Colloquium Fee

Participants have to register to the Colloquium via a link that will be sent after notification of acceptance for the Doctoral Colloquium. Registration is mandatory to participate in the Colloquium. The Colloquium is a closed event. Only the students who submitted a paper and whose paper has been accepted for presentation are allowed to attend.

• Doctoral Colloquium fee: 260€

Full payment must be made by credit card at the time of registering.

Cards accepted are credit card VISA and MasterCard.
 
Full payment must be received in full prior to the Conference. If you register at the early registration rate, payment must be received in full by the Early Registration deadline. If payment is not received at this time, your registration rate will automatically be changed to standard registration and the higher fee will be due. 

We request that all registrations are paid online. Neither pro forma nor regular invoices can be issued before the registration. Invoices will be sent upon completion of the registration ONLY.

On receipt of your registration form, a confirmation email and receipt will be sent to you by the conference organisers.

Cancellation Policy

• Notification of cancellation must be submitted by email to the conference organisers  to emac2026@bath.ac.uk
   
• Cancellations made on or before 29 April 2026 will be refunded less the €150 administration fee. Cancellations made after that date will NOT be refunded.
   
• No Shows will NOT be refunded.
   
• Substituting a registered delegate with an alternative person (one of your co-authors only) is acceptable until 29 April 2026  and should be notified to emac2026@bath.ac.uk
   
• The name and order of the authors will NOT be changed neither in the conference programme nor in the proceedings. The submitter remains the presenter in the conference programme and proceedings even if the paper is presented by the co-author.

Liability

By no means shall EMAC be held liable, either directly or indirectly, for any problematic issue that may occur within the framework of the Conference and its organisation, not only with respect to the organisers but also with respect to third parties (airline companies, hotels, transportation, taxis, etc.) while in the performance of duties or services even indirectly related to the Conference.

This contractual liability exemption clause is equally valid in case of an event of force majeure which leads to the disruption and/or the partial or complete cancellation of the Conference programme, for reasons not attributable to EMAC. An event of force majeure is defined as an unforeseen and exceptional event – be it climatic, environmental, political or socio-economic – and does not imply any limitation.

Furthermore, the delegate also expressly agrees to totally absolve EMAC from any responsibility and liability with regard to travel insurance and related costs or claims. It is solely up to the individual to seek out and purchase or otherwise obtain the necessary insurance with regards to his/her travel, etc. and/or to independently issue a claim against any third party that may be responsible for direct or indirect losses or damages caused to or suffered by the delegate en route to and from the Conference.
 

Data Protection

The 2026 European Marketing Academy Conference will use your personal data only for purposes connected to this conference and no details will be passed onto any third partie.
